Grand Totals Option


Grand Totals allows you to edit certain parameters that are related only to report grand totals. The Grand Totals overlay is shown below.

Query Process Grand Totals Overlay

The query process Grand Totals overlay contains the following fields.

Grand Totals allows you to specify that a subsequent output process prints grand totals. The Grand Totals options are:

NONE. There will be no grand totals.

STANDARD. The grand totals will print directly following the last Record or Range-End image.

NEW PAGE. The report will skip to a new page before printing grand totals.

The default is STANDARD.

Editable? field allows you to explicitly choose whether or not a user can modify this parameter when the query is run.
